Focused on local, seasonal produce, our own extensive kitchen garden and working closely with local suppliers to get the freshest and best produce that the region and NZ has to offer and having the only Charcoal oven in Marlborough sets us apart.
The team is fun, professional and driven towards achieving ongoing recognition with continuous development of the kitchen/restaurant.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar standard establishment - minimum of 2 years or have aspirations to be at this level.
